Evangelization Commission
Mark Henderson & Mia Cornelius
Commission Mission Statement:
"We at Saint Simon of Cyrene strive to bring the Gospel and Good News of Jesus Christ to our brothers & sisters, in unity, both in inside the church and to those in our communities. To pray with, witness to, and encourage those who already share our faith, and attract, invite, and promote a lived faith, hope, and love, sharing our own life experiences, our personal encounters with Jesus Christ, with those with whom we seek to come to embrace the Good News.

The mission of our leadership is to support the Pastor in carrying forward the Church’s sacred mission: to make disciples, to foster a vibrant and welcoming community of faith, and to faithfully steward both the spiritual and administrative life of the parish.
In a spirit of service and collaboration, our leadership seeks to help articulate and guide the pastoral vision, encourage meaningful community engagement, ensure prudent and transparent financial stewardship, and promote the joyful work of evangelization. Through these efforts, we strive to build up the Body of Christ and to serve God’s people with dedication, wisdom, and faith.
